We want you to love your gear as much as we loved making it. That said, here’s the deal:

When We’ve Got Your Back

If your order shows up misprinted, damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, that’s on us. Tell us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll send a replacement or refund your money — no drama.

When We Can’t Help

Since every piece is made just for you, we can’t take returns for things like:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color

  • Deciding you don’t like the design anymore

  • “Just changed my mind” moments

(We get it, but we hope you’ll double-check those sizes and styles before clicking buy.)

Lost Packages & Shipping Oops

If your package goes missing in action or shows up looking like it wrestled a bear, let us know within 30 days of the delivery date. Snap a pic if it’s damaged so we can make things right.

How to Reach Us

Shoot us an email at support@livewithlove.co with your order number and photos if needed. We’ll take care of the rest — either by sending you a fresh replacement or issuing a refund back to your original payment method.

Final Notes
